The Plague, Black Death, Bubonic, Covid, Monkey Pox, either way I feel like I'm dying...

Last week I was at an Airbnb with my sisters, and my one sister was coughing so much I really thought that she was going to either dry heave or a part of her lungs would come out. She said she was over the worst of it, and I believed her as my youngest sister has been around her without getting sick.
I go to my oldest daughter's house and holy crap! My oldest granddaughter sounds like an 80-year-old woman who smoked 6 packs a day, and my oldest daughter is not only coughing like SHE'S losing her lungs but also stomach lining as she didn't even have much stomach acid left to toss up. So, yeah.
Sunday rolls around and I'm feeling more tired than usual, so I go to bed early as it is always good to listen to your body.
I woke up the next day in agony. Yes, I know I'm whining, but it has been years since I have felt this horrible enough to cry. Every sinus in my face was throbbing, my gums hurt, massive headache, running hot and cold, coughing and tossing my cookies, my throat felt like sandpaper, and I was having to rock back and forth to get through the pain as NOTHING worked. And I did try everything. I tell my poor therapist that I'm not doing well as I just rolled out of bed and got on Zoom with her not caring what I looked like.
Tuesday I can't even keep my eyes open during DBT group as my eyes were burning when I tried to open them. I can't smell much at all and everything tastes like nothing.
By Wednesday, I'm getting mad, so I call up my sister who had a nasty cough during our Airbnb stay, to ask her how long this crap was going to last. I get a list of things to do, like eating only dry toast, applesauce, bananas, and rice, drinking white pine tree needle tea, and getting a lot of rest. Yeah...
I have no white pine tea, no more bananas, and no applesauce so my choices are slim here. Thank goodness that I had a good supply of tea (thank you, you magnificent bastards at The Republic of Tea!) I did try to follow my sister's instructions to the letter; however, when it hurts just to get out of bed you're not about to make a shopping trip and certainly not paying a delivery fee that is more than the actual product itself.
I am debating on getting a free Covid test just to be safe, and I really want to double-check if I may have strep as my throat feels like there's something back there. Then if I do all of the above and nothing is wrong, I'm never going to hear the end of it of what a hypochondriac I am. Lol. I'm not, by the way. I can deal with a sniffle, aggressively attack the flu to get it over with asap, and any other common ailment. This is not any of those and I wish it was.
If it's Covid, I have to wait 3 months afterward to get my booster shot. I'm not sure, but I think you have to be over the flu to get the flu shot as well, and I won't go into if you can have shots at all if you have strep. And I need my Cobid booster, a tetanus booster, and my annual flu shot. Ugh...I'm over it.
