InBox Dollars-can you really make any money?

I seem to always see ads for how to make some money doing whatever the sites tell you to. So, I'm going to try and do some of them to see if they are legit or not. 

One company that I CAN vouch for is InBox Dollars. They are legitimate and do pay out after earning $10. Doing surveys, looking up stuff, reading emails...it will not make you rich at all, but you can pick up some money for laundry or a loaf of bread. I have made $10 in roughly a week, so it's not hard to do; however, most things only pay you a dollar or less. I try to get at least one or two surveys done per day, as it can take a bit to find a survey that fits you as survey sites will kick you out of a survey if you are not what they are looking for.
