Heirloom Cottage, Arden Hills, Minnesota

I have a lot more photos of this lovely place; however, I am posting only six, as I did go a bit nuts with my camera. 

This is an Airbnb located in Arden Hills, Minnesota called Heirloom Cottage. The house itself was built in 1925 and relocated to the current property it is on right now.  The owners, Luke and Beka(?) have lovingly restored this property keeping a lot of the feel of the 1920s while having the modern conveniences of being close by restaurants, sightseeing, and more.

My sisters and I stayed there a couple of weeks ago for a girls' get-together and had a blast. There is a lot to see on the property inside and out, an outdoor glass fireplace, hot tub, and an old garage with its own charm, in addition to the house. While the neighbors are close by, the tree surrounding the property gives enough privacy to make it feel like you are in the woods. 

It is a pretty reasonable price to stay, better than your expensive hotels, with the kind of amenities you will not get anywhere else.  The young owners have included a book of the history of the place as well as the rules which are not hard to live by to stay in this historic home. 

I would recommend it highly as my sisters and I love this place so much we are booking for next year.
