So, what's its name?
I always go for the weird, and I couldn't resist this pumpkin. My family and I went to Hyvee just to get something to eat and purchase chapstick with the names of high schools around here; Armstrong and Cooper to support them. My oldest granddaughter goes to Cooper, and the youngest will be attending Armstrong when she reaches high school age.
Anyway, saw some pumpkins and everyone picked out normal ones except me. I saw warts on this and had to have it. I was giggling about whether or not I would paint all warts on here green, but in the end, decided to paint every wart as an eyeball. I'm still debating as I might change my mind again.
I made the mistake of sending this picture to my sisters, and of course, they had to come up with a name. I just mentioned that it has warts, and next thing you know, it's Chicken Herpes, Pumpkin Measles, Pumpkin Pox, Weasley Measley, Lumpy Bumpy, Leper Lars, and....the winner....Herpy Harry. Of course, the youngest sister came up with THAT one.
Much how my youngest granddaughter came up with my cat's name and it stuck, Herpy Harry's name is now set.
