Wise Mind, Emotion Mind, Reasonable Mind-what's the difference?

This diagram is a bit of a mess, so let me clarify it a bit (hopefully) so it is easier to understand.

There are two circles that intersect one another which represent 3 states of mind. The left is the Reasonable Mind, the intersection is the Wise Mind, and the right is the Emotion Mind.

When an individual is in Reasonable Mind, they are less concerned or not concerned at all with feelings or principles. A reasonable Mind is ruled by what is logical and sensible. Think of Spock from the original Star Trek and you get the idea.

In Emotion Mind, what is logical and sensible is thrown out and it's all about feelings, acting without speaking or stopping to think before blurting out.  Your emotions and mood rule what you do and say.

In Wise Mind, the left and right brain work together so that one is not just Emotion Mind or Reasonable Mind.  The Wise Mind sees the benefits of both emotions and reason, and not being overwhelmed by one or the other. In Wise Mind, your thoughts become slower, you rely on intuition more, and your body is relaxed.  Instead of reacting, you respond.

While Wise Mind is the ideal state to be in, realistically no one is in Wise Mind all of the time as it just is not possible under every circumstance.  If you're being chased by a bear, you are going to be in fear, which is Emotion Mind. You are not going to be in Reasonable Mind with a bear coming right for you.
